Bill Pawlak
15 Degrees is lead by Bill Pawlak, who has over 20+ years as a business owner, consultant, product/UX strategist, interaction designer, and researcher.
An expert in product research, strategy, and design he has spent his career helping companies identify and solve the right problems. He has worked on enterprise business systems; B2B and B2C desktop, web-based, and mobile software applications; physical products; and voice applications for both startups and Fortune 100 companies alike.
A systems thinker, Bill successfully works with multiple levels of an organization – from the CEO down to the production staff – helping teams gather, understand, and synthesize user needs, and combining those with development constraints, business drivers, and marketing goals into cohesive product strategies.
His pragmatic approach to process design combines his Human Factors/User-Centered Design background to help teams maximize their UX capabilities and better integrate customer research and usability testing into their Product Design & Development teams. He believes in the power of continuously conducting small experiments to validate business ideas and identify new opportunities and works with organizations to capitalize on this approach to business growth.
Bill is also a husband, parent, mentor, speaker, hiker, guitarist, gamer, and all-around fitness enthusiast.
