Bill Pawlak
15 Degrees is lead by Bill Pawlak, who has over 20+ years as a business owner, consultant, product/UX strategist, interaction designer, and researcher.
He has a background in Human Factors and Cognitive Engineering and has helped companies of all sizes – from startups to Fortune 500 firms – conduct UX research to create effective and easy-to-use products. He has applied his experience to complex systems; B2B and B2C desktop, web-based, and mobile software applications; physical products; and voice applications.
He takes a pragmatic, evidence-based approach to product strategy and design efforts and believes customer “delight” starts by first making sure a company is solving the right customer problems. He believes user research is the most powerful design tool that a product team can invest in and loves tackling complex business problems.
Bill is also a husband, parent, mentor, speaker, hiker, guitarist, gamer, and all-around fitness enthusiast.
